This Privacy Policy describes how Spinras ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about users of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Spinras is based in Los Angeles, California, USA, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Policy applies to information we collect when you use spinras.com or any Spinras application, create an account, participate in spins (contests) on our platform, or otherwise interact with us. It also outlines your rights and choices regarding your personal information. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Service.
We collect several types of information from or about our users. This includes information you provide directly, information collected automatically as you use the Service, and information from third parties (like payment processors or identity verification services). The types of data we collect are:
1. Information We Collect

You may also choose to provide additional profile details like a profile picture or bio, though these are optional
Social Media Account Info If you choose to link or log in via a social media account (e.g., using Instagram, Twitter, or another platform), we will receive certain information from that third party (such as your social media username, profile image, and potentially your follower list or friend list if you are using the followers selection feature). We only receive information that you authorize and that the third-party platform provides as part of the integration. For example, if you connect your Instagram account to Spinras to run a follower giveaway, we may obtain a list of your Instagram followers’ user IDs for the purpose of randomly selecting a winner.
Contest and Prize Information If you create a spin (contest) on Spinras, we collect the details you input about that contest. This includes the title or description of the contest, the type of spin (Followers, Whole World, Next Spin, or Custom), any custom entries or names you provide for a custom spin, and details about the prize (e.g., prize description, prize value). If your contest involves a prize that 10 requires shipping, you might also provide information such as the winner’s mailing address (when it becomes available) to facilitate delivery.
Payment Information: If you offer a monetary prize or are required to pay a fee (such as our service fee for cash contests), you may need to provide payment information. For winners receiving cash prizes, we might ask for information like a PayPal account email, Venmo handle, or other payout details to send your prize. Important: Payment transactions are handled through our third-party payment processors. Spinras itself does not store full financial account numbers or CVV codes.
