5. Children's Privacy

Spinras is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not use Spinras or provide any information about yourself (such as your name or email). We adhere to the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which requires parental consent for the collection of personal info from children under 13

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us right away so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

For teens over 13 but under the age of majority: We recommend that minors 13 or older ask their parent or guardian for permission before using Spinras or participating in any contest. Certain features (like receiving money prizes) may require involvement of a parent or guardian if you are under 18, as determined by our Terms or by law.
