7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

We expect all users to use Spinras in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree that you will NOT:

Break the Law: You will NOT use Spinras for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. This includes not using the Service to run any illegal lottery, pyramid scheme, or to facilitate any form of gambling or betting as noted above.

Require Payment for Entry: You will NOT charge any fee, require a purchase, or otherwise require participants to give any consideration (monetary or otherwise) as a condition to enter a spin or contest on Spinras. All giveaways on Spinras must be free to enter; "no purchase necessary" must always apply.

Violate Contest Laws: If you are hosting a contest or giveaway, you should not fail to provide or abide by official rules and disclosures as required by law. You must follow all relevant laws and regulations for promotions, including providing clear terms to participants (e.g. eligibility, start and end dates, prize details, odds of winning if applicable, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring your contest is legally compliant in all relevant jurisdictions.

Cheat or Tamper: You will NOT Interfere with the operation of the random selection process or the Service. Do not attempt to rig outcomes, use bots, scripts or any automated system to participate multiple times, or exploit any bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Similarly, as an organizer, do not manipulate entries or winner selection outside of the Spinras mechanism.

Multiple Accounts: You will NOT Create more than one account for yourself or create fake accounts (for example, to enter a contest multiple times or to include in a follower pool). Also, you may not create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization.

Harass or Harm Others: You will NOT use Spinras to transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, abusive, or that promotes violence or discrimination against any individual or group. Do not use the platform to bully or target anyone with malicious intent.

Post Offensive Content: You will NOT Input or share any obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content through the Service. This applies to any custom entry names, profile information, or communications you make on the platform.

Infringe Rights: You will NOT Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. This includes not using Spinras to disseminate content (like images, text, names) that you do not have permission to use.

Misuse Personal Data: If you obtain personal information about other users through Spinras (e.g., a winner’s email or mailing address), you must use it only for the stated purpose (such as delivering the prize) and protect it in accordance with privacy laws. You may not harvest information from the Service for your own marketing or unauthorized purposes, and you may not spam, stalk, or otherwise misuse the personal data of others.

Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent yourself (e.g., pretending to be a representative of Spinras or another company). You may not imply that your contest or spin is sponsored or endorsed by Spinras or any other entity when it is not

Interfere with Service Do not disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper working of Spinras. This includes not transmitting any viruses, malware, or any other code that could harm the Service or users’ devices, and not engaging in denial-of-service attacks or other interference.

Circumvent Restrictions Do not attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques or security measures that Spinras employs, or access parts of the Service that you are not authorized to access. Also, do not attempt to avoid or bypass any fees by conducting transactions off-platform that were intended to be done on Spinras (e.g., paying a prize directly to avoid the service fee).

Unauthorized Commercial Use:The Service is for the intended uses described. You may not use Spinras for any unauthorized commercial purpose, such as running a promotion in a manner that violates these Terms or reselling any part of the Service. You also may not use Spinras to advertise or promote third-party products or services that are not related to an active contest you are running on the platform.

Enforcement: Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending prizes or funds, and possible legal action. Spinras reserves the right 5 to investigate any misuse of the Service and to cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting users who violate the law.
