11. Termination

By You You may stop using Spinras at any time. You may also delete your account by following the instructions on the website or contacting our support. Termination of your account will result in disabling your access to the Service and deletion of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (subject to retention required for legal reasons).

By Us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may do so if, for example, we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, you create risk or possible legal exposure for us, your account has been inactive for an extended period, or our provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.

Effect Termination Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. You must stop using the Service. Any spins or contests you have in progress may be canceled. If you have provided funds for a prize that has not yet been awarded, we may return the funds to you (minus any applicable fees) at our discretion, unless your account was terminated for violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct, in which case any pending funds may be forfeited as damages or to compensate affected parties.

Survival The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall survive any termination of your use of the Service.
