To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spinras disclaims all 6 warranties, express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

No Guarantee of Results: Spinras makes no warranty or representation that the random selection results will satisfy your expectations or that any contest will achieve any particular outcome. We do not guarantee that your followers will participate, that any particular user will win, or that running a promotion on Spinras will increase your social media engagement or achieve any business goal. The randomness provided by our algorithm is without bias, but we cannot warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any potential issues will be corrected.

Platform Availability We do not warrant that the Service will be available at any given time, secure, or free of error. Scheduled downtime and unforeseen outages may occur. We will try to maintain the reliability and uptime of the Service, but we are not liable for any interruptions or loss of data (for example, if a spin fails to complete due to a server issue)
